Filmmakers who have submitted projects which achieved an OFFICIAL SELECTION, SCREENING SELECTION, HONORABLE MENTION, or ANY AWARD LEVEL are able to order our stylish glass engraved trophies.

Trophy height measures 5¾" (130mm).

All orders are checked and verified by the Fortean Film Festival and MegaFlix Film Awards team, and are fulfilled by 'Chrome Awards' trophy suppliers based in Gloucester, UK.

 HOW TO ORDER



1. Filmmakers should only place orders for trophies of awards they have received.
2. Be sure to complete the order form opposite, leaving no fields empty.
3. Be sure to type the film name and filmmaker name(s) in full, without spelling errors.
4. Trophies may be ordered by any cast/crew member(s) named in the credits of the associated film, or named in the credits provided with the original submission via FilmFreeway.
5. After your order form is completed and submitted, our team will verify the order. Payment instructions will then be sent by 'Chrome Awards' trophy supplier.
6. Payments by bank transfer are preferred.
7. Trophies will usually be engraved and shipped within 7-10 days of receiving payment.
